A fantastic book on change management by Chip and Dan Heath
This is a great book on change management. Culture building goes beyond cool t-shirts and mugs – or abstract definitions of corporate values. Culture is about action. The key is to promote behaviors that repeated continuously allow the materialization of the strategy and the higher purpose of the organization. This book offers some very practical advice on how companies (and individuals) can do exactly that – and, as it is everything written by the Heath brothers, this is a fun read.
